Bright Chang, DMD
Dr. Bright Chang is a native of Montgomery, Alabama. He moved to Birmingham to complete his bachelor’s degree in chemistry and minor in Japanese. In 2015, he was bestowed the National Society of Leadership and Success Excellence in Teaching Award. He completed his Doctor of Dental Medicine with a certificate in prosthodontics, as well as his Master of Science in dentistry from the University of Alabama-Birmingham School of Dentistry. Dr. Chang has been recognized by his peers and awarded many scholastic and dental accolades including the prestigious American College of Prosthodontists Education Foundation Research Fellowship and being chief resident of his prosthodontics program.
Dr. Chang is active outside of his work serving his community in a voluntary capacity, teaching, and educating on the road and online. Dr. Chang believes in comprehensive care with compassion through mutual respect of his patients and staff. Dr. Chang is an active member of the American Dental Association, American Academy of General Dentistry, and American College of Prosthodontists. In his free time, Dr. Chang enjoys photography, traveling, listing to music, enjoying a broad palate of foods, and learning about new cultures and their languages.
